Priority Labels & Custom Colors

In Projects Board View, each task card now includes a label that displays its priority level, such as High, Medium, or Low.

In Board View, each task card now displays a priority label (e.g., High, Medium, Low). Project admins can configure and assign colors to custom task priorities. These colors are visible in both Board and List views and can also be modified from the Task Shutter.

Auto-Assign Tasks on Status Change

In the Project’s Summary (Status Workflow), Project Admins and Owners can configure a Default Assignee for each status in the workflow. When a task transitions to a new status, it is automatically assigned to the designated user for that status.

Other Enhancements

• Task Description Column Added: In the Projects List View, a 'Task Description' column has been added for all associated object types, allowing detailed task descriptions to be viewed directly within the list.

• Task Download Access for Non-Admins: Non-admin users also have the ability to download tasks directly from the Project's List View.

• Create Non-Object Tasks: It allows users to create and manage tasks that are not linked to specific data objects.

• Bulk Task Field Updates via Nine Dots: In Projects List View (Nine Dots), bulk updating of task fields, including priority, status, assignee, task description, start date, and end date, is now supported.

• Assignee Selection While Adding Objects: In the Objects Grid View and Object Summary, it is possible to select an assignee while adding object(s) to the project.

• Copy Status Workflow from Existing Projects: While creating a new project, users can now copy the status workflow from an existing project to streamline setup.

Customization via System Settings

project.baseline.limit	It allows users to set the number of baselines for a project to enhance performance. Parameter: The default value is 5 Users can set any number of baselines as needed.
projects.advanced.mode.enable	It allows users to show or hide specific fields (Plan View, Task Categories, % Complete, Estimated Effort, Time Log, Remaining Effort, and Extended Bulk Update in List View) in the Projects module. Parameters: The default value is False The default value is false If set to true: Fields will be visible for users to input data. If set to false: These fields will be hidden.
projects.beta.mode.enable	It allows users to show or hide specific fields (Project Groups, Parent Tasks, Project Audit, Baseline Feature, Dependencies, and Custom Fields in Task Shutter and List View) in the Projects module. Parameters: The default value is False If true: Fields will be visible for users to input data. If false: These fields will be hidden.
