Multi-Page Term Selection: In the Business Glossary List View, term selections persist across pages, enabling multi-page selection without losing previous selections.
Multi-Select Authoritative Sources in Term Summary: In the Term Summary’s Associated Objects tab, users can select multiple authoritative sources from the Authoritative Source column.
Complete Domain Hierarchy Display in Tree View: Tree View displays all domains, categories, and subcategories by default. If no published terms exist, the structure appears as empty.
Control Relationship Type Visibility: Admins can manage the visibility of system-defined and custom relationship types via Business Glossary System Settings under ‘Relationship Type Settings.’ Hidden types are no longer shown when editing relationships in Term Summary.
Synced Term-Object References: When a term is referred on an object (e.g., a table), the reference appears in both the term and the object reference sections. If the term is deleted, the term reference is automatically removed from the object's reference section, ensuring the object displays only current and active references.
Governance Role Updates Cascade to Existing Terms
In the Domains security, it is possible to cascade governance roles to all Terms (both published and drafted) related to that particular category or subcategory.
For published terms, updated governance roles automatically apply to all associated objects.
For draft terms, the roles do not cascade to their associated objects.
This ensures consistent role assignments across both new and existing terms.
Manage Data Association Preferences
The Copy Tags to Catalog option automates copying tags from a Business Glossary term directly to its associated catalog objects. If a term is deleted or removed, the tags copied from it will be automatically removed from the catalog objects. Furthermore, if a catalog object already includes the same tags as the term, duplicates are eliminated, and only the unique tags are copied.

Configure the roles to publish terms through the term Summary page directly.
Parameters:
The default value is Empty.
Select the roles from the drop-down list. Selected roles can publish terms through the term Summary page.
