Explore Tree & List Views
Tree View
The Tree View simplifies finding related terms within a specific domain by displaying a hierarchical structure of domains, categories, subcategories, and terms on the left panel. The Quick View provides a snapshot of domain, category, or term details based on your selection.

In the Tree View, the toggle to view all published terms is enabled by default. It displays all domains, categories, and subcategories by default, regardless of whether they contain any published terms. If a domain, category, or subcategory has no published terms, it will still appear in the hierarchy, but it will be displayed as empty. This enables users to view the complete structure of the glossary, making it easier to understand the overall organisation structure and hierarchy and identify areas that may require content updates. For Example, let’s consider a Domain named ‘Healthcare’ that has a category ‘Clinical Trials’ and a subcategory ‘Chronic Kidney Disease’. This Domain hierarchy (Domain, Category, and Subcategory) has no terms, but users can still view the complete Domain hierarchy.

In the Additional Information section of Domains and the Term Details section of Terms, the system now displays the count of Authoritative and Originative sources. In the example below, the ‘Private and Sensitive Data’ Domain has one Authoritative and Originative Source.

In the Classifications section of Domains and Terms, users can view the number of objects classified under each classification value.

Resources
The resources section displays the number of terms present in the respective domain, category, or subcategory. Users can now view counts for All, Draft, and Published Terms. Selecting the All Terms, Draft Terms, or Published Terms icon opens the Global Search window, displaying the respective Terms.

List View
The List View makes filtering, searching, and sorting terms easy. Its simple interface lets users access term status, tags, associated projects, classifications, and Governance roles. Authorized users can also make bulk updates to selected terms.

Multi-Page Term Selection with Pagination
In List View, users can now select multiple terms across multiple pages. The terms checked on the first page will remain selected even after navigating to any other page using pagination. The page navigation doesn’t affect the overall count of selected terms.
9 Dots action menu:
