Track & Monetisation (Enterprise Edition)

The platform provides a read-only view of current and historical resource consumption, categorized by compute, AI tokens, recipes, and functions. Users can monitor real-time costs and review visual analytics for previous months. While no editing or interaction is allowed within this section, it ensures clear visibility into resource utilization, supporting informed decisions, transparency, and financial accountability.

My Usage

The Usage screen provides a comprehensive summary of the current and historical resource consumption, categorized by compute, AI tokens, recipes, and functions. It includes real-time cost tracking and visual analytics for previous months.

Access My Usage

  • Click the Profile icon on the top navigation bar.

  • Select My Usage from the profile options.

My Usage

The My Usage feature in askEdgi provides a comprehensive summary of module consumption and associated costs. It enables organizations to monitor and analyze resource utilization across four key components:

  • Recipes: Tracks the usage and associated costs of executed recipes.

  • AI Tokens: Track AI processing usage.

  • AI Enrichment: Monitor system enrichment usage.

  • Compute: Infrastructure usage and associated compute costs.

Historical Trends

  • Hovering over the usage graph displays charges for AI tokens, functions, compute, and recipes for the current or previous month.

Track & Monetisation (Public Version Only)

In the Public instance of askEdgi, the platform enables consumption of recipes, management of subscriptions, tracking of usage, and monetisation of published content. This ecosystem integrates consumption-based billing, tiered subscription plans, and creator payouts, creating a self-sustaining marketplace. Users and creators can seamlessly interact while maintaining transparency, usage control, and financial accountability.

The primary functionalities include:

  • Subscription Management – Selecting and upgrading plans with defined spend limits and feature access.

  • Consumption Tracking – Monitoring usage across AI tokens, compute infrastructure, and recipe executions.

  • Marketplace Monetisation – Supporting monetisation for recipe creators through subscription or per-execution models.

  • Automated Billing & System Jobs – Ensuring timely updates, spend limit enforcement, and accurate earnings disbursement.

Manage Subscription

The Manage Subscription section provides complete visibility into subscription plans, usage consumption, earnings, and billing information within the askEdgi environment. It enables controlled plan upgrades, tracks AI token and compute consumption, displays earnings from published recipes, and maintains billing and payment details with transparency.

Access Manage Subscription

  • Click the Profile icon on the top navigation bar.

  • Select Manage Subscription from the profile options.

The interface includes four primary tabs:

  • Plans – Displays available subscription tiers and upgrade options.

  • Usage – Presents detailed and historical consumption metrics.

  • Earnings – Summarizes income generated from recipe sales or executions.

  • Billing – Displays billing summary, payment methods, and invoicing details.

Plans Tab

The Plans tab lists all subscription tiers available in the Marketplace. It allows switching or upgrading between plans depending on business requirements. Each plan specifies its features, usage limits, and pricing structure.

  • Upgrade Now:

    • Click to upgrade the plan instantly.

    • A payment window opens to pay and activate the new plan immediately.

  • Contact Sales:

    • Click to get help for the Enterprise plan.

    • A form will be sent to enter your email.

    • The sales team will then contact you to discuss your needs.

Once a Business plan is selected, the screen refreshes with upgrade and billing configuration options.

Hover Functionality

  • Displays detailed breakdowns for each charge category.

Earnings Tab

The Earnings tab provides real-time and historical insights into revenue generated through published recipes and their executions. Data is structured in tabular format, displaying details such as recipe type, quantity, price, and total earnings.

Past Month Earnings

A historical earnings chart displays performance across months.

The chart may appear blank if no earnings are recorded during the respective months.

Payment Method Section

  • Displays the saved payment details with secure encryption.

Available Options

Add New Card: Clicking the “Add New Card” button opens a pop-up to add a new payment method. This option remains disabled when a valid card is already active.

Add New Card Pop-Up

  • Select plan billing frequency: Billed Yearly or Billed Monthly.

  • Fill in Country and Address fields.

  • Provide Card Details for transaction authorization.

  • Click on Save to confirm.

By providing card details, authorization is granted to charge for future payments as per service terms.

Billing Tab

The Billing tab displays detailed billing information, payment methods, and order summary. It supports plan-based billing cycles and secure payment management through integrated payment gateways.

Marketplace Monetisation

Public edition enables creators to monetise recipes through structured pricing models:

  • Pricing Models:

    • Per Execution: Charges applied per recipe execution.

    • Per Subscription: One-time charge per subscription.

  • Earnings Flow:

    • Creator sets recipe price.

    • Consumers subscribe or execute recipes through Stripe payments.

    • Platform retains its share; default creator payout is 50% (adjustable for top contributors).

    • Published recipes remain active even if the creator cancels the subscription.

  • Tracking:

    • Consumption and earnings are linked to AI token usage, recipe execution counts, and infrastructure costs.

    • Real-time tracking ensures accurate payouts and spend visibility.

System Jobs & Automation

Scheduled jobs support billing and subscription:

  • Trial Reminder Job: Sends expiry reminders.

  • Spend Limit Check Service: Monitors spend every hour.

  • Cleanup Service: Removes unused records.

  • Monthly Billing Service: Populates billing tables and resets limits.

  • Subscription Check Job: Verifies active plans on a daily basis.
