# Answer Questions Through Question Wall

AI Prompt questions can also be assigned and answered through **Question Wall**.

Question Wall provides a dedicated **Curation by AI** room for AI-related questions.

When a question is assigned:

1. The question is added to the **Curation by AI** room.
2. The question is associated with the applicable object type.
3. The assigned user receives the question.
4. The assignee provides an answer.
5. OvalEdge saves the latest answer at the object level.

## Supported Question Wall Areas

The Curation by AI room supports questions related to:

1. Data Catalog
2. Business Glossary

Assigned questions are available under My Walls > Assigned.

When an answer is submitted, the system saves it against the applicable object. If the answer is updated, the latest response becomes the current answer.

## Automatically Generate Description

OvalEdge can automatically generate a description after all assigned questions for an object have been answered.

This behavior is controlled through the AI description generator.

When automatic generation is enabled:

1. Users answer the assigned questions.
2. All required answers are saved.
3. OvalEdge automatically triggers AI description generation.

When automatic generation is disabled, users can generate the description manually.

## Notifications

OvalEdge sends notifications for AI Prompt question assignments.

Notifications are triggered when:

* A question is assigned to a user.
* A question assigned to a user is deleted.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.ovaledge.com/release8.3/ai/ai-prompt/answer-questions-through-question-wall.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
